Grandparents rights to grandchildren
Our son is keeping our grandchildren from us. So we have any rights to see our grandchildren?

More information is needed to answer your question. If your son is not permitting you to visit your grandchildren, you may be able to seek court ordered visitation rights in the event that you are willing to hire an attorney to represent your interests. Call me if you wish to know what that entails.

It is very fact-specific. While you may consider an attorney and legal action, that should be only after you have exhausted all reasonable efforts to resolve it in the family. As for an attorney, for something like this, you will want to consult an attorney whose primary practice is family law. This is not something best handled by a lawyer who does not primarily focus on this area of law. Ask lawyers you know for ideas or a referral, and check websites, to make sure it is a primary area of practice and not one of many areas of "dabbling."
