Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia

I have a hospital bill that was paid in full in 2014 but they have emailed me saying the bill was re processed and I owe another $1364. Can they force me to pay a revised bill 2 years later? This occurred in the state of Georgia.

Hospitals don't bill via email so you likely have been contacted by a criminal impersonating the hospital. When and if hey send a real bill, as required by law, on paper, get your proof together and have your lawyer write them. The answer depends on details we do not have here.
