Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia
I have an LLC setup in Georgia, but we are opening a business in TN with a different name. Do I need to file a DBA in TN?

You need a great deal more than that. A corporation cannot do business in another state without incorporating in that state or getting a certificate of authority. You also would need business licenses, and other paperwork as well. Your Georgia attorney who did your LLC may be able to help you find counsel in Tennessee and you want to make sure the two lawyers work together (and yes you need two).
