Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia

if i get locked up why do i have to spend money to get out .I have not bin convicted yet would not paying the bond state that i addmit to the crime .They say the bond gos to your fine BUT if they find i did not do it i dont get my money back see were i am going with this my typing is bad and spelling sorry i cant see how its to make shur i show up if i dont get it ALL back .Not every one can use a house to bond and in GA the house has to be in the same county as the jail did not know what this went under on your list

You don't have to spend your money, and you don't have to get out, that is totally up to you. You are free to sit in jail, demand a jury trial, and hopefully beat the case. I write hopefully, because you probably have no money to hire an attorney, and will be difficult for the public defender to deal with. Good luck.
