Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia
I was given the oppertunity to go to school by my employer. When the papers came in to enroll me, they informed me that they cannot send me at this time. I do not wish to continue working their and would rather go to school on my own. My boss said he would let me go and not fight my unemployment. What is the best thing to put on the seperation notice so that I will get unemployment?

If he fires you without cause, you probably get unemployment. If he fires you for cause or if you quit, you probably don't.
