my wife left me and got pregnant by another man - my wife left me during our marriage and conceived a child with another man and she also lives with that man from what ive heard and we have no contact with each other. The lady at the hospital that does the birth certificate stated to me when i called after i heard that the child had been born informed me that she had admit to being married to me but also admitted the child was not mine so they let the biological father sign the birth certificate. Is that enough grounds to show the child is not mine and what do i need to do about going on with my divorce. also none of her family will speak to me so i have no idea where she lives at anymore is that a problem also?

Legally the child is yours and you owe 18 years of child support unless after DNA testing your lawyer, in the divorce, gets a paternity ruling. This requires a good lawyer; you will fail without counsel .
