Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia

I've worked for this company for 14 years. I just received a final written warning, how long is this suppose to stay on my record? Cause I have a previous one five years ago and another seven years ago. The company had been bought out by another company each time I've received a final written warning for all different reasons. Should that be allowed to stay on my file even though we were bought out each time?

Your questions are not legal issues. What your employer keeps in your file is their decision.

It's not a legal matter. Unless you have an employment contract the company can fire you even for no reason and they can keep it there forever if they choose.
