Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Georgia
Appeal
I am a Pro Se Plaintiff. My case is
open, but I was ordered to pay atty's fees. I filed a Motion for Reconsideration within 10 days. Do I need to file an Appeal now or does my Motion stay the order?

Re: Appeal
No one even knows what Court you are in, what the orders say, etc. It seems you have seen the downside of not having a lawyer but insist on risking more now in the form of more fees or sanctions for the other side (there can also be additional sanctions for frivolous appeals).
