i'm tying to appeal a small cliams case in superior court, for legal fees and a loan as well as some type of pain an suffering. do, i have a strong case to appeal? help! i need to know how to persent my case corretly to superior court.

Re: appealling a small cliams case to superior court

On appeal, you can not present new evidence, but have to ask the superior court to review the evidence already presented and allege an error by the magistrate court. Whether you have a strong case for appeal depends on what happened in the magistrate court.
