If I went to court for a eviction and agreed to pay 1400 in two weeks but I didn't have the money but I already filed for bankruptcy before I went to court can I use automatic stay so the sheriff want serve me with a writ of possession

If the writ of possession was entered by the Court before you file for Bankruptcy, the landlord is allowed to continue with the eviction and the automatic stay does not apply.
