Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Georgia
dental bill
My kids dentist is trying to collect a payment from me that they say they forgot to charge me for. I always pay my deductible when we visit. We have been back two times after this. I just want to know if this is my fault and am i responsible for this bill that they made a mistake on?

Re: dental bill
Pay for the services you received if the bill is correct. Mistakes are made, just as if you had lost the bill for a couple months. Even if you are comfortable seeing a dentist without paying your bill, he/she might not be and you will likely end up finding a new dentist.
