Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Georgia
Slander
If I called someone a ''murderer'' in front of someone else in public, and was taken to court for slander and lost, on what case law could I appeal the decision? He did kill a dog I raised and sold it to him after questioning him if he would take good care of it. I represented myself in court.

Re: Slander
The outcome of the trial should be an indication of what happens when you don't have a lawyer. It is unlikely you'll find one to map out your appeal for you if you don't even know what kind of case to look for. In fact, no one here knows what kind of case will help you because we have no clue about what the appealable issues might be.
