Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Georgia
My son was in an accident in april 2011 on his way to work. He was trying to pay his bills with chapter 13. After the accident, he had to get short term disability with his ob and they did not take out this fee and send it to the courts. Now the place where he got his car is suing him for $13,000 for the 1995 surburban he purchased from them long ago which was not running and costed him hundreds of dollars to repair on numerous occasions. What can he do?
