Ex wife's lawsuit
My ex sued me for a bunch of money. My child support was paid in full but she sued for back child support for my 24 yr. old daughter and she got it! Also, my daughter's loan which she got a student loan. I want an attorney who is a new graduate student and will fight this to the fullest. I have been on disability since Feb. and she gets 1/2 of my weekly pay. I have a 10,000 payment coming up. I need help.

If the case is over, what do you need the attorney for? You should have retained an attorney when the suit was initiated.
