My name is in an account in swiss but the account is my mothers and is when she passes away that I would get the money, do I still have to pay taxes, account is now blocked

Your post is too confusing to answer and lacks basic information. Why did you use her name on her account (awful idea and you should change it now)? Why is the account "blocked" and what do you mean by blocked? Does she have a will and what does it say? Is there a POD on the account?
