Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
a bank closed my account the same day i opened it without any notice, it was a cash deposit and a business account. Do i have any recourse for losses due to not being able to pay my business lease and payroll and other losses encountered? I still do not have my money back as of 9 am this morning, its been over 5 days.

You certainly should get your money back very soon, but your account documents will clearly say they have the right to close the account any time, for any reason. Your bigger problem might be the reason the closed it. There are more facts to this story.
