Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
A bank teller disclosed information about the balance on my bank account to someone that is not on my account without my permission, what steps do I need to take for legal action?

Legal action for what? You failed to tell us how you have been damaged (and you left out virtually all relevant facts). If you have a problem with a teller, speak with the manager and they will take it from there.
