i went to the bank to withdraw 1500
i went to the bank to withdraw 1500, instead of the teller withdrawing the 1500, they added 1500 which gave me a balance of 3,000, i was waiting on a 3,000 bonus and thought that it came in, it had not, i called the bank and offered to make payment arrangements they want the entire amount now, can i be arrested for withdrawing this money. i want to pay this money back

Whether you are arrested is up to the bank filing a commplaint with the police or DA. That seems unlikely, especially since they made the first mistake and they probably just want the money. However, should they take action like filing a civil complain, the "I thought the money was mine" excuse will likely not get very far. Most people should, and do, know what is happening with their bank account and most likely you would have seen the error no later than the next statement. You are apparently trying to force them to give you an interest free loan for money you should have never spent, and money you should immediately pay back.
