Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
I bought a truck. I got a title sent to me with no liens list on it. The dealership says I have to surrender the title and have a new one made with a lien holder on it. I am paying the loan. Do I have to surrender the title because of their mistake?

If you don't expect the dealer or lender to sue you for the entire debt, as you have failed to give them a security interest as you agreed to do.

Yes. If you fail to do so, expect a law suit. Hurry and act before you get sued.
