Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
How are you, i bought a vehicle from a dealership a year ago around this time, the dealership shut down they sold my car and never paid off my bank, the bank never received the title so the title is not in my name nor the bank is the lien holder, this is affecting my credit what can i do?

Unless the dealer has assets and is not in bankruptcy, likely very little.
Eventually you likely wil be sued on the other car and unfortunately could be forced into either paying it or bankruptcy.
