Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia

My boyfriend is in Fulton county jail for forgery 1st felony I wanna know what's going to happen?

You should have posted under criminal law, but the answer is how would anyone here possibly know anything about the case, his criminal history, etc.? He should obviously discuss his case with his lawyer, and then maybe he will tell you what his lawyer thinks.

You won't find out here for two reasons:

(1) You posted in banking law which deals with commercial transactions, so criminal alwyers here won't see your question.

(2) No one here knows if he did it, what he did, his criminal history etc.

Suffice it to say that he may spend years in prison, so he's obviously realized he needed to hire a lawyer. His lawyer should be able to answer his question.
