Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
i took out a consolidation loan for two vehicles that i wanted to trade in for one family vehicle. the bank sent me the titles saying the vehicles were paid off in full congratulations. well we took the titles and traded for the family vehicle. i did not know that we had to take the titles back to the bank. and the titles are out of my hands. what can i do?

Your post makes no sense. If the cars were paid off the bank doesn't get the title back. You have obviously left out things that matter as to the answer. Post again with the full and complete facts.
