i have a contract for an unsecured loan from someone in the u.k. for over $20million.
do i need to register or do any filings with the s.e.c. or other govt. agency??
monies actually from belgum to u.s..
contract at 20%/year for 6 years.

I know you didn't do a 20 million dollar deal without a lawyer. Ask your lawyer.
