Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
My cousin stole some checks from my grandmother Forged her signature on 9 or more checks for an amount totaling to about $4000, she pressed charges and contacted the bank but waiting on response from police. what is the process and how long does it take to prosecute my cousin.
