I had a credit card I reported stolen and later found out who used it< I don't want to proiscute> Whta right do I have?

Your rights to what? You don't prosecute - the police and DA do. They will decide, perhaps with the assistance of the credit card company.

The previous answer is correct. It is likely that the credit card company reversed the charges to your account. Therefore, you didn't pay for any of his charges.
