Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
My daughter transfered money from both my mother and my aunt's bank account and put it in her account.All three names were on the account. Me,my Mother, and my daughter. Is there anything I can do to recover the money?

This is not a banking law question. Generally, everyone on an account has the ability to take 100% of the funds. If the funds in the account did not belong to the daughter (you did not tell us), your remedy is to file a lawsuit. If you want to go as far as calling the police, they may very well see it is a civil issue, not criminal.

Joint bank accounts belong to everyone of them, so she broke no laws in taking the money.
