Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
A friend asked me to cash a check from his family member so I deposited the check and they cashed it. The check bounced and he won't pay me. What do I do ?

Sadly you've learned an expensive lesson. Unless you want to lose money, you don't cash checks for other people. You're responsible to your bank for giving them a bad check. If you want you can sue your friend; you may or may not collect.
