Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
I have a friend that is currently in jail in Georgia. He has asked me to print up a power of attorney so I can access his bank accounts, cash checks, pay bills, etc. I live in North Carolina. I wanted to know what type of POA should I print up?

Most banks and check cashing places won't honor powers of attorney. An attorney can draft one that will cover other things and can suggest ways to work around bank employees.
