My home was foreclosure & I bank w/the people that foreclose on my home (Chase) would they have the right to take money out my account or freeze it

If there is a deficiency in the foreclosure, Chase can sue you and then go after your bank account and paychecks.
If you are in foreclosure you have a legal emergency and should be seeing a lawyer. You may have defenses to foreclosure and options to avoid it that you lose by not seeing a lawyer. And even if you lose the home, you may need to act to protect other assets.
