Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
My husband is in prison and I'm trying to cash/deposit our joint tax return. I need to know if there is any other way besides him signing general power of attorney over to me. He is willing but he is far away.

You cannot do it without his power of attorney. It isn't very hard to mail one back and forth.
