Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
My husband has been reported missing. We have one joint account and he has an individual account. His paycheck goes into the individual account. Someone has his debit card and is using the money that we need to pay bills. Is it ok for me to use his debit card to pay bills if I have his debit card number and relevant information?

Unless you have his power of attorney to use that individual account, you would be committing a crime. If your husband has been kidnapped as you imply, call the police. If he's left you, see a divorce lawyer.
