Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
Loan grace periods
The company I have my auto loan with calls every month before the grace period is up. Can they make constant calls like this during this 10 days? Shouldn't they wait until the grace period is up? I wouldn't complain if it was beyond the 10 days, but the phone ringing constantly until I give them the date, amount and method of payment and trying to insist I go on and send a post-dated payment is driving me crazy.
