Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
Do you have to notify a customer before you deduct an annual renewal fee to give them time to cancel if they want to, or can you just deduct the money without notification?

Since you failed to tell us what your written contract says (and surely, if you're in business, you had a lawyer draft contracts before you ever started business), there is no way to answer you except to tell you to read your own contract. Unless you have a contract that lets you charge a fee, you have no right to charge anyone anything at all.
