Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
I was paid 8,500 for doing a home improvement job deposited the check after an extesive 20 business day hold the check cleared but 5 months later they person who wrote the check said it was fraudulent and my account has been frozen and i cannot even talk to the fraud department myself what do i do
