Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
This is in response to Scott Riddle's answer to my request. Is this a civil suit, criminal, business, or what category in the yellow pages do I look under? I have given enough info to prove that I was wronged. I have further info of a situation in Cobb county where a broker was getting loans from about 4 banks and this is where my problem started. The person that got the loan went through the brokers contacts at the bank to acquire the money and then tried to stick me with paying it back. I have positive proof of this also. My time and money is important to me also. I will not go talk to an attorney and then be charged to talk. When I have someone that will agree to take the case, then I am willing to pay to talk. Don't take my money to chit chat and then say Sorry, there is nothing that I can do for you. When it comes to not listening to advice, give me some. Do I have a case or am I pissing up a rope? Since you say you are unwiling to pay a lawyer to talk to one, and lawyers do not work for free, I suspect you will be unable to find one on those terms.
