Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
Is there somehow I can sue my bank for withdrawing money from my checking account without my approval on some car loan they say I owe from over 14 years ago and now they've bounced a check I wrote previous to them taken my money?

You leave out the important part of the story. Was it the same bank owed money for the car loan? Did you actually owe the money? If so, most likely your account documents state they can take money from one account to pay a debt you owe to them.
