Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
Suntrust is holding my funds from a 401k check that I received last year and won’t release my funds until September of 2018. My account has been closed since September of 2017 can I sue this bank?

You are leaving out important details. Checks aren't held that long without a reason. Since you chose not to post that reason, talk to a lawyer about the reasons.
