Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia

Had Turbo Tax direct deposit my tax refund to my Walmart Money Card, I made 3 transactions, my phone bill, my cable bill and 1 small ebay purchase. Then they blocked my card with a $5800 balance, they asked me to scan my DL and send it to them and I did, It's now been a week and I still cannot access my money. I have had this card for over 2 years and this is my 3rd tax refund to be Dir Dep, plus I have had my paycheck Dir DEp to it every 2 wks during this time. Is this lsgal for them to do? It is putting a tremendous strain on my family....we have no money. This was all done under the guise of security, they keep saying there security reps will get back to me in 2 working days??

Yes, they can investigate the account and hold funds, as no doubt stated in the account documents. The quickest and best resolution is for you to be diligent, work with them, and POLITELY pester them a little when necessary.
