Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
will i get in trouble?
i forged a friend of mines check.she knows about it.the police is investigating the matter.i dont have a bad record but im scared if i do go to jail that i will go for a long time.

Have you made restitution already (PAID IT BACK)?
If not, do that IMMEDIATELY. If you have ANY RECORD, depending on size of check, you may have serious consequences.
