Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Adding a Creditor
We filed a Chapter 13 May17th, 2003, we have had a meeting of the creditors (which no one came) on July 3, 2003. Our conformation is set for November, 2003. We overlooked a creditor on the credit report, since my husband and I both filed jointly, it got past us somehow. How can we add this creditor and is it to late to do so? We would any information you can give us on this matter. Thank you in advance.
