Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Appeal statute in bankruptcy case
An 8 yr old irrevocable trust (non-debtor entity) was wrongly taken into the settlers business bankruptcy estate after the trustee guardians had resigned under duress from the bk trustee. Both the bk trustee and chief judge knew that the children's interest were not represented. What is the statute to appeal and where do we appeal? Our attorney resigned after bk trustee converted to chpt 7 and we have limited financial resources to hire an attorney. Thank you for your help
