Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Asset Retention
In filing for discharge of unsecured debts in excess of $50,000.00 in chapter 7 can a married couple that is retired and on social security as their only means of income keep their home ( a Double wide Trailer) ( A 2000 Chevrolet Impala ) & ( a 1996 dodge pick up truck) as well as other household items & furniture if they are paid for.
