attachments to bank accounts
if my infant daughter has a savings account with my name on it too and i have had some financial trouble, bankruptcy, garnishments ect can they attatch her account because my name is on it

Yes, if it's a joint account. That is the worst way to set up such an account. There are far better ways to do it, such as a UGMA account or a trust.
