There are multiple forms of bankruptcy, and you may or may not qualify for some or all of them. Without knowing what debts you have, who they are owed to, how old they are, what assets you have, what income you have, and your expenses, there is no way to answer you here. In many cases bankruptcy is a good option, but we need a lot of information.
