Once the bankruptcy is in process, is there a way to stop the filing? If you change your mind about filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Can you stop the filing, if so how?

Instruct your counsel to file a Petition dismissing your case; you will most probably forfeit your filing fee and atty fees paid, however, as the work will have been done in filing the matter.
