Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

I have a building company, due to the economey I have not sould a house in 27m. I have several lawsuits from vendors and more to come. I am strting a job soon and am worried they might try garnishing my accounts and pay cheeks. I want to know what is the best way to save my house and be able to pay my personal bills and put this company behind me, start fresh in my new job. I also cant aford alot of repayment plans.

No one can answer your question without detailed financial information. It is possible that a bankruptcy - Chapter 7 or 13 depending on numbers we do not have - may get rid of some or all of your debt and possibly protect your home.
