Bankruptcy Discharged
My bankruptcy was just discharged, I affirmed my car, if the payment gets behind, can they repo the car?

Not only did your lawyer explain the answer to you, but you also saw the answer in the reaffirmation you signed, and the Trustee told you at the start of your 341 answer. All 3 were correct. The answer is yes, and after that they will sue you and then probably do a garnishment as well.
