Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Bankruptcy with equity in a home.
I have about 40/50 thousand dollars worth of equity in my home.
I am approximately 60,000 in debt.
Am I eligible to keep my home or woud I be forced to sell it? I am single and retired, but not sure if that has an affect on answer.
