How exspensive is it file bankruptcy?

Fees vary depending on the type bankruptcy, number of creditors, amount of income, assets, type of debt, marital status and other reasons. Chapter 7's can start at about $700 plus the filing fee. (Some cases obviously run more). Chapter 13's vary greatly. If you're thinking of filing, my fees are competitive, and I have done it for over 27 years. Contact me if I can be of help.
