Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

I filed bankruptcy in 2006 I currently have 884.83 in my account and they are still deducting it from my payroll check.I only owe 483.90 to have it completed my question is how much longer will they take it out of my check and will I receive the remainder I have in my account.

No one here can possibly answer you. None of us have seen your case file, your plan, the proofs of claim, etc.
Your attorney is required to answer these type questions and is the only person that can. Call him.
